Preety Agarwal is the Founder and Managing Director of Métier, a financial consulting firm based in Singapore and India that empowers startups and SMEs with strategic finance, advisory, and compliance solutions. She has supported over 400 SMEs and serves as a Virtual CFO for multiple startups, helping founders navigate complex financial, operational, and growth challenges with clarity and confidence.

With prior experience in multinational corporations, including Tata Steel, Preety brings deep expertise in corporate finance, governance, and strategic advisory. Her approach combines disciplined execution with thoughtful strategy, enabling businesses to scale sustainably while maintaining strong financial foundations.

Driven by her commitment to supporting women in business, Preety has intentionally built a team that nurtures and empowers female professionals, fostering an environment where women can grow, lead, and excel.

Beyond her professional work, Preety has actively contributed to community and leadership initiatives. She has served as Treasurer and Vice President of the Indian Women’s Association Singapore, as well as Sponsorship Head of the ICAI Singapore Chapter, supporting programs that promote financial literacy, professional development, and meaningful social impact.

Preety has demonstrated exceptional academic excellence, ranking 5th All India in the Company Secretary examinations. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI India, Company Secretary, and holds a B.Com. Honors degree from Kolkata University.
